IP Factory and its industry partners are in the process of two land acquisition deals, one in Alberta, Canada and the other in Louisiana, United States. The facilities will have the combined total power of 1.2 - 1.5 gigawatts upon completion.

IP Factory is currently planning and preparing for the next steps in our company’s evolution. We have gathered partners from around the globe to begin the development of our two signature IDCs (International Data Center).

We have partnered with Elite Data Technologies, Juice Digital and Saint A.I. to complete the perfect partnership between capital markets, property development & hardware, and firmware, middleware, and software development.

Our plan is to have both facilities up and running with state-of-the art equipment that will include signature firmware and middleware solutions to tackle the “ethical AI” problem that will soon be facing us all.

After finalizing the land and power deals for both properties, IP Factory will immediately begin development of each property.

We are working towards a completion date of 2027.
